The Benefits of One to one Tuition
Working on a One to One basis can be a wonderful way to begin your yoga journey if yoga is new for you, or a great way to focus on your own specific needs, deepen your yoga understanding and work on more challenging postures if you have an existing yoga practice.

How many frequently should I have One to One tuition?
There is no set amount of classes you have to take. Generally the frequency of the classes you have will be based on your individual needs and circumstances. You may wish to have regular weekly classes once or twice a week. Or you may want to work on a specific challenge intensely over a short period of time. Get in touch and we can set up a plan to suit you.

Your needs come first
When you work with me on a One to One basis I will tailor your sessions to suit you. Helping you to focus on what is right for you, physically and emotionally. We will work together in a way that supports you as an individual.

My areas of expertise
I have been teaching One to One yoga for over 8 years now. I have particular skill and experience teaching

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
a challenging, dynamic form of yoga, linking breath and movement in a set sequence that builds over time. This practice is particularly good for building, strength and flexibility. It is suitable for those who wish to challenge themselves.

Alignment focused Hatha
This is an approachable practice that can be tailored specifically to your needs. I take my experience with the Iyengar Yoga System which specializes in precision and alignment. This practice can be tailowomen’s your own specific needs.

Yoga for Women
a more gentle yoga practice that takes into account a women’s rhythms and cycles. This yoga practice will also include Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and Restorative yoga postures to rejuvenate your body and mind.

I offer One to One tuition in Brighton and Hove.
For sessions outside of Brighton and in London and Reading pricing will vary, please contact me directly.
